| Overview: The a3 Garnett release came not long after his adidas KG I debut in the summer of 2004. What adidas realized was the poor timing of his shoe - summer time, school was out and basketball was during the off season. They quickly produced the a3 Garnett II to coincide with the NBA All-Star game and compete head to head with the release of the Air Jordan XX. At $110 retail, Garnett II is a winner. The a3 cushioning system offers excellent impact protection and improves on previous year's Superstar Ultra while cutting down the cost. Ortholite sockliner allows for a comfortable interior. The overall look is simple, clean and distinctively adidas. This is definitely a first class shoe for the NBA's MVP. |
