The AZK2 seeks to personify kb8's game; powerful, sleek, and stylish. It features a free type outsole/midsole to improve forefoot flexibility to facilitate the black mamba's aggressive game. The lightweight carbon fiber shank cradles the midfoot for stability, while the unique inner bootie is lined with thin layers of memory foam that should make for a custom fit. Flared outsole adds stability on quick cuts and the perforated panels add breathability.
The AZG2 was designed to be a more rugged shoe yet still having an element the finesse that exists in lbj game. the combination of power and agility that lebron posses, is mirrored with the use of the foamposite cage in the rear quarter that would provide tougher lateral support while synthetic upper would allow airflow into the foot as well as allow greater flexibility.

The Nike Air Zoom Vendetta is the ultimate performance basketball shoe for the ultimate player - LeBron James. It combines ultra-modern technology with classic Nike design language, resulting in a very light, comfortable and highly responsive shoe. Some of its features include an ankle-height inner bootie which hugs the foot seamlessly and comfortably, while the integrated ankle strap provides a lock-down fit. A zipper shroud enhances the lock-down fit, as well as hides the laces. Large TPU swoosh on each side, along with a TPU heel counter, increase stability. A sculpted Multi-Directional carbon fiber spring plate adds torsional rigidity and provides support at the midfoot, especially at the arch. This is cradled by 2 individually sculpted, highly resilient "FREEVA" midsole units. Encapsulated, but partially visible forefoot and heel zoom air units provide cushioning. Since the carbon fiber plate rests directly on top of the zoom air bags, a previously unattainable level of responsiveness is achieved.
