| Overview: The V carried over much of the design concept from the IV. Unfortunately, it seemed to cut back on the performance/comfort/fit features that made the IV so popular. The V lacks ankle support since it's too low cut for high competition and also feels very clunky for such a low profile shoe. The bright side is that DMX cushioning is brought back, along with a 3D Ultralite outsole that gives good traction on indoor courts. Even though the Answer is Rbk's flagship shoe, at $125 retail ($10 increase from the IV), the Answer V is rapidly approaching the price range of shoes with much better performance and comfort. |
